Is the cost of Electricity included in the rental price ? For guests staying 60 days or less, the cost of Electricity is included in the price. For guests staying more than 60 days, there is an additional charge for Electricity. Is the cost of Water included in the rental price ? Yes. The cost of hot and cold water is included in the rental price. Are there towels in the apartment ? Each apartment is equipped with 10 large bath/shower towels and 10 small towels. What should I bring with me for the kitchen? This is an apartment holiday, so you may wish to purchase food items for breakfasts, lunches etc. There is a Tesco Lotus and 7-11 shops only a hundred yards from the apartment, and a huge Tesco Lotus at Market Village about 2km away. You should bring your own t-towels and dishclothes for washing dishes. There are plates, cutlery and cooking pots at the apartments. There is a toaster, microwave and kettle. There are electric rings for cooking. How far is it to Hua Hin town and how do I get there? It is 3.5km. Taxis when called by security/reception arrive within 1 minute. Taxi fare is currently 100 baht per trip to either Hua Hin town, or Market Village. There is a public bus which runs every half hour. The fare is 10 baht per person. Stick your hand out outside the apartment and it stops for you. What big hotels are nearby? The Hyatt Hotel is less than a minutes walk away. On the other side the Chiva Som Health resort is less than a minutes walk away. How do I pay ? Payment is by International Bank Transfer. It is also possible to pay by secure Credit Card. After payment you receive confirmation of payment, and a signed Voucher. Who am I renting an apartment from ? The apartments on this website are privately owned, and at times when the owner is not using this apartment it is available for rental to families and couples for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The apartments have a very comfortable feeling to them and the contents have been treated and cared for by the owner.
