this is an amazing place through and through, and my sister and I had the

Feb 2015 (Maija Russia) Yes we had a marvellous time on holiday (as per
usual). The apartment and resort were very much up to standard and I
have no negative comments to make. The only set back we had was on the
second night....my daughters partner had a fall on
the steps of Mai Tai in town. He hurt his head and had to go to
hospital were he got 10 stitches.
Unfortunately the wound bled during the night which resulted in one the
pillows being ruined....we had to throw pillow out and I meant
to replace it before we left but sorry I forgot. So if you
could explain the situation to the owner and let her know I will be happy to
re-imburse the cost of a new one. I will certainly keep your email address and be in
touch should we like to rent again (which I very much hope so). 2 Adults

Aug 2013 (Phil & Jan Australia) Thanks for the follow up. We had a great time at Baan Chaitalay and thank you for your help. A couple of add-ons to your visitors guide:
The Thai sit and point sidewalk restaurants you mention to the left of the
complex are across the street.
Directly to the left, before you get to the 7/11 are two massage parlors, a western bar/restaurant and a Thai neighborhood store. Also, a Lotus Tesco Express has been
opened just before you get to the 7/11. Most of the restaurants farther along
that road to the left have been gobbled up by condominium projects, but the
Let's Eat, probably two k from the condo, is certainly family friendly, not
pretentious, and with a good selection of Thai and European dishes. We found
the "Let's Sea" restaurant you mentioned, just past the Hyatt, to
be quite nice, but a bit high end.
Families with children would certainly be welcome but it may be more
than they want for a family restaurant.
The same for the Beach Cafι.
Very nice, but families might find it a bit too hi-so. On the other side, we found the seafood
restaurants at the night market, specifically up toward the railroad, to be
quite good and reasonable. Intuitively
you would think they would be touristy, and may be, but are comfortably
priced with quite good quality. We ate
at the Hua Hin Seafood Restaurant. As
for touring, we had a car so could get out quite a bit. I recommend, for those that can travel, a
day trip to the Pala-U Waterfall. It is beautiful, with five layers of falls
set in a rocky gorge national park.
Bring your bathing suit and picnic, as there are many places to swim
above the various levels and many places to spread a mat. Getting to the upper levels may be a bit of
a challenge with very young children, but even then the easily accessible
lower levels are sufficient for a good day. Along the way you can stop at the
Hua Hin Winery. It is a bit full of
itself, but you can have a nice meal overlooking the vineyards and taste the
local wine. Can's say much for the
wine as we didn't indulge, but they are certainly promoting it. 2 Adults

extremely spacious and airy-we particularly loved yours! The mix of
pools and tropical gardens and close proximity to the beach were just ideal.

Ireland) We did enjoy our time in Hua HIn,
even with me picking up a bug and being unwell for most of the time I was
there (thank goodness our two year old escaped it!!). The apartment was
lovely and very comfortable, bigger than we thought it was going to be and
the beds were very comfortable. The pool was fantastic, and we made the most
of it, and we ate often at the Hyatt so the close location of this hotel to us was ideal and the cab
office across the road was very handy so I would recommend letting other
renters know to head there. We will

staying at Baan Chaitalay, we had fantastic
holiday. First, although not really related to Baan Chaitalay,
the weather was great. We were little afraid that going there in the rainy
season may not be a great idea, but we were wrong. During the two weeks we
had just one serious rain lasting 2 hours. The good: space in the apartment - two good size
bedrooms with two bathrooms. There were four of us and each one had plenty of
room. It was quiet, we could relax undisturbed on
the sun beds by the pool or on the balcony (large one). The swimming pools
were fantastic, very clean, well maintained and almost with no people. We
think that especially the garden/swimming pool area is much better in reality
than on the pictures - this does not happen too
often. One additional thing worth mentioning is that although the complex of
the apartment blocks is big it is not crowded. We learned that apparently
majority of the apartments there are not really for rent but used by their
owners. The owners live somewhere else and the few tourists staying at Baan Chaitalay have the whole garden and swimming pool for
themselves. Perfect! Good food around, shops within walking distance. Your
flexibility with our check-out is highly appreciated, our flight home was
late and being able to check-out later made our return trip much easier. Have just returned home this day. Once again Baan Chaitalay
and your apartment were an ideal venue for the Thai part of our
holiday. Your unit was in great condition and access to WiFi
was appreciated. Will be in contact in the new year quite possibly seeking
out additional units as a few friends have been talking about coming up next
year. Everything was fine in your apartment, we missed about a
dish washer, but I think that many people without kids don't eat at home, so
a dish washer is not thing #1. My husband made many photos and wrote his view
on Huahin, and Russian Wikipedia has Links on his

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying there. We both were very pleased
with the apartment and it's location in the
complex. We found it to be very well maintained and comfortable
. We would be very happy to stay there again in the future. Baan Chaitalay is a wonderful place to kick back and relax, it is like stepping into an oasis, so very peaceful
and calm. Our holiday was just great! Everything went really
well! We do not have any negative comments about the apartment or the resort,
just positive. The apartment was roomy, tidy and well equipped with very nice
balcony. The resort and swimming pool area were wonderful, especially with
children. It was relaxing, clean and
peaceful. I would recommend Baan Chaitalay and this

didn't want for anything apart from a couple of cold beers in the fridge on
arrival from Bangkok - (soon solved that with a visit to the 7 Eleven
nearby). The resort itself looked better than the
last couple of visits we've made - especially the pool - really clean. Baan
Chai Talay staff were very
helpful & very friendly. Wonderful holiday - would recommend to anyone.

were very happy with the apartment. It was exactly
as described: spacious, clean, comfortable, and near the beach. Our
family members all stayed at the Hyatt, and it
was very easy for us to walk to Hyatt resort via the beach. One day we
decided to order food delivery for lunch, and the staff
in the office were very friendly and helpful to make the phone call for
us. Once again Baan Chai Talay
proved to be a perfect holiday destination.
I have no doubt that we will be back again although we have not yet settled on our travel plans for next year
- perhaps a week or so in Hua Hin as a stopover to Europe! Your unit is well

next time I want to spend my holiday in Baan Chaitalay. We had a great time. Was our
2nd visit to Baan Chaitalay (1st time some 6 years
ago!) and our 6th to Hua Hin. The apartment was great, service was friendly
and the complex is still very well maintained. Loved it, we'll do it some
more another time too. Have
now returned to Australia. As usual Baan Chaitalay
was superb. Both your units are well appointed particularly when
compared with the unit we rented last visit when yours was not
available. No doubt we will be back again. The
pool was fantastic for our boys (2 and almost 5) and we spent hours each day enjoying
the water and various features in it. The apartment exceeded our
expectations. It was very spacious and beautifully furnished throughout
and really was a welcome sight after the small & basic digs we had in
Bangkok! The photos that I viewed on the website do not reflect this (I
know you are in the process of updating it). Everything was just as you
describe in your information. It was a really nice touch to have the
beach toys and blow up pool toys for the kids and much appreciated. We had a very pleasant time in Baan Chaitalay : the place is
amazing and we enjoyed your apartment very much. We had a pleasent holiday.
Apartment and location was great. Staff was friendly
and helpful. The pool area was beatiful and very
clean. If we have to say something that should be fixed, It would be frying
pan and pillows. They could be change to better ones. Well that was the only
thing everything else were fine. We will surely be contacting you, when we
are planning our next holiday to Hua Hin. Thank you for everything. We had a really nice vacation, we
just arrived at our appartement in Taiwan, and have
just put all three children to bed, as it is kindergarten day tomorrow. Both
the appartement and the resort is
great, we enjoyed having so much room, compared to a hotel. The swimmingpool at Chai talay is
beyond words the best we have ever seen/tried. Service from the managers were top class. If you want to improve anything, maybe a
new frying pan, as the one in the kitchen is a bit bumpy. The apartment was great - beautiful setting. Loved the
pools too. The cot and airbed were all set up ready to go and we found under one of the beds a thin-ish
double mattress folded in half, so we just put that on the floor in our room
for our daughter to sleep on rather than the couch. It worked out fine
:-) Meant she could have an afternoon sleep some days too. Everything was fantastic. Your information sheet was a real
help. The staff were all lovely - especially the day
man on the gate. Apartment was clean & everything in working order. The Aircon in bedroom 2 didn't show the temp when on it just
had 2 letters (can't remember what) that came up instead - initially we
thought it wasn't working but soon realised it was.The
position of the Baan Chaitalay was great & the
grounds & pool were immaculately maintained and always appeared neat
& clean. In fact the pool design is the best we have seen anywhere we
have stayed. We really had a great holiday & thank
you for the use of the apartment - we most certainly do hope to return in the

My only suggestion is that maybe you make it clear there
is no washing machine available. It is easy enough to get laundry done
locally, but wewould suggest noting it on the
website there is no washing machine facilty (maybe

felt right at home from day one. The general upkeep of the buildings,grounds and swimming pool

We have a top holiday at Baan chaitalay, the apartment
was very good and enjoyable. The temperature was very hot and so we didn't
play so much's golf. We played on the Banyan en
black mountain and they were perfect. We thank you and maybe we see you a

We really love this place. Unfortunately I forgot to leave 1 key in the lobby
when we left and brought it to Stockholm. I am very sorry! What do you want
me to do! Can I send it somewhere? We were most positively impressed by the area of Baan Chaitalay. The personnel was
very kind, helpful and polite, the area was clean and you felt so safe all
the time. The apartments are big and comfortable. We had a Fantastic holiday at your apartment in Baan Chaitalay, the apartment was perfect. We had a great time at Baan Chaitalay
and really couldn't fault your apartment. We did want to use the gym but
found the equipment a little tired. In the end it didn't bother us but
someone else might be disappointed if they were wanting
to use a gym. The apartment was all we needed, with just myself
and my two teenage kids. The staff were helpful and
the pool was magical. Living in Dubai among expats I am more than happy to
recommend your apartment to others if anyone shows any interest in Thailand.

first chance to write and say thank you so much for a wonderful holiday spent
in your appartment. Everything was perfect,
the taxi guy very efficient on both collection and dropping us off.
Baan Chatalay was peaceful and beautiful. No
problems with anything. We stripped all beds and towels and paid for
laundry on the last day for the outstanding amount we owed you. Nothing
negative and we will recommend to all our friends. Your apartment and the complex was
absolutely fabulous. We had such a great time am looking to come back for
longer period in the next year or so. Just as a guide and recognising that
prices go up over time could you please let me know your weekly, fortnightly
and monthly rates in low season. Of course
availability would also be an issue. There were no breakages and we paid
laundry of Baht 440 on leaving. As to any things that might need repair
everything seemed to be in good order except for the light fixture over the
dining table which seemed to need minor repair. We had a fabulous time in Hua Hin and the apartments were
just perfect. We would stay there again at a moments
notice, the staff were fantastic. I have already
recommended your apartments to family and friends. The kettle had a mind of it's own and works when it feels
like it, but that was ok we used the microwave. You might like to let people
know about the little green bus and how to catch it that was good fun. Enjoy
your Chrismas and have a wonderful NEW YEAR. We have now returned to Qatar and feel very relaxed after our
stay. the apartment was great, just what we wanted.
We had a little bit of a problem getting in however, as the family before us
did not want to leave until 7pm. We explained to them that we really had to We really enjoied our stay at your
apartment, it was nice and proper and perfect for all 6
of us. The resort and pool area is beautiful, we have taken a lot of pictures. The services; laundry, cleaning, ordering
taxi, the wire less internet, aircon. also funktioned perfectly. All
the Thai people at the resort and where else we went were very kind and helpfull, we had some good talks about Thailand, treir way of living etc. We planed our
own tours and we found it very easy and safe. Your writing about
"good things to know" was very helpfull
and informing. It has also been a pleasure to E mail
wth you. So unfortunately we can΄t find anything
negative to say- We had a wonderfull time at Baan Chaitalay. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and
lots of space. We almost got the 300m swimmingpool
by ourself - maybe because it was low season. We
had nice weather and no rain. The beach was also very nice and not very many
people and salesmen. The instructions you sent before arrival was very
helpful. We will definitely recommend our friend your apartments. We all

apartment was great and everything went very smooth. Our boys liked the
swimming pool very much and despite of the rainy season we had good weather. This was the second time we visited
Hua Hin, and this time we enjoyed it even more than last year. Last year we
stayed at The Rock a boutique hotel,a
bit futher down to Khoa Takiab, but now we prefer an apartment like i.e.
yours. The staff at the appartment was very
friendly espescially the guards. What we can
recommend as a restaurant for dinner is Supatra by
the sea ,near the Buddha statue. After our stay at
your appartment we stayed a week in Bangkok and
that was also very pleasent. Restaurants we
recommend are Baan Khanita, and Supatra

kids thought the pool was exceptional and consequently spent a lot of time
down there.(we all did) We just got back from Thailand. The apartment was fabulous, we
thought it was very comfortable & roomy. Everything we needed was in the
apartment, enough towels bedding etc. It was very handy having the fans to
use when we did not need the air con on. The pool area was fantastic our 12yr
old thought he had died and went to heaven. The ease of which we were able to
get taxis/tuk tuk's was

your apartment to friends. We enjoyed a really wonderful holiday in your lovely
apartment. It was most comfortable, and great to be so close to the beach and

(in ? ) for 2008. We like to make our holidays in
February 2008 and we like to stay 2 or 2 1/2 weeks. We have had a great time in Baan Chaitalay
and we are very satisfied with our staying and would like come back next
year. The apartment was wonderful. We had a brilliant trip to
Thailand, taking in several types of accommodation, and I'm pleased to say
yours was the best. I have already referred your apartment to a friend. We just got back to Sweden. We are all very satisfied with
the apartment and we all THANK you and your We had a
wonderful time in Baan Chaitalay. The resort was
very good and our children enjoyed it very much. The apartment was also good.

holiday in Thailand. As said before the apartment met all our expectations as
did Hua Hin. We used BT Best Service and had the best driver imaginable in the
minibus coming from Bk to Hua Hin. Our son had a bit of a cowboy going from
HN to BK airport who also managed to get them to pay the toll fee as they
didn't know what the arrangement was, but we had an ok one when we did the
trip. Hopefully we'll be able to use your apartment in the future. We are still holidaying, at the moment we are in Sydney, but
we will be going to Cairns, Port Douglas and Singapore before we return home.
During our stay in Hua Hin in your appartment, we
were completely satisfied with every aspect of our time. The appartment was beautiful, and we all loved it. It was
clean and very inviting, no noticed breakages either prior to or during our
stay. The guards at the resort were wonderful, polite and friendly. The
driver from the airport didn't speak English, but was very nice and
EFFICIENT!! All appliances worked fine, and we had no problems. In total, 10
out of 10 points from us, and you can rest assured that the next time we are
going to Thailand we will be in contact with you again, as we all loved it
there!
